BHCW is a highly committed team and company full of every day people like you. We are working our jobs, caring for our families, balancing work/social/home expectations and navigating this thing called life. All of our team members come in with professional and personal experience, that we believe, make us unique to supporting our communities and you. We use nature, empathy, compassion, humanness, humor and creativity at the center for all of our safety support. We are here to empower an awareness that needs to be heard, reflected on for growth, coped with, and loved. Our approach and services hope to redefine what (re)connection to our own needs, rest and wellness means in a system that thrives off being on all the time. Services allow a flexibility to meet you where you are at, providing a trusting space that allows a deeper and alternative understanding of yourself and your journey to overall healing, health and wellbeing.

Financial Information
We do NOT take insurance. If your insurance offers out of network (OON) benefits, we can provide a superbill for reimbursement to you monthly.
We are a Private Pay company that works with passion and understanding to individualize your needs and work on your schedule. We are reimagining what "self-care" looks like and what taking your health in your hands looks like. We utilize a sliding scale and allow our clients to choose their own rate within that. We work with you to bundle services or make a rate that works for you and your family/needs
Individual Counseling has a sliding scale of $75-$100/ appointment (reduced rates may be available depending on needs)
Couples, Family or Parenting support $120/60 minutes. 90 minute appointments are a flat rate of $150
Peer Support is $60/1.5-2 hours
Coaching services can vary depending on length. $100 for 1-1.5 hr appointments
Expressive Therapies appointment are 60-90 minutes for $120-$150
Groups & Wellness services vary based
There is an assessment fee of $150 during intake and then annually in July when assessments reviewed.
A free 15 minute consult is offered prior to getting set up with our portal
We ask for a 48 business hour notice of cancellation to avoid cancellation fees.
