Brittany takes a wrap around approach to working clients. She is Reiki certified and utilizes Expressive Arts Therapy as a specialty. Her population is mainly children, families, parenting, couples and young adults. She uses a Trauma informed lens and somatic work when working with complex trauma, physical/sexual/medical trauma, chronic illness, LGBTQ+ and Transition support, anxiety, self-esteem, body image and depression. Brittany enjoys being outdoors, a mom to humans and her animals, photography, story telling, gardening and more. Currently seeing clients in the state of MA; coaching clients in the state of Maine and coming soon, counseling in state of Maine (waitlist opening in October of 2024)
