Heather brings a big smile and energy filled with kindness and playfulness. It is clear to see that she has an adventurous soul that brings creativity, humor  and self-awareness to build rapport with her clients. She is a Registered Dance Movement Therapist utilizing Expressive Therapy techniques, Ecotherapy, Client-Centered approached with all of her clients from children through adulthood. Heather is passionate around using nature and the body as healing sources as she takes a holistic perspective that is trauma informed and strengths based. She works to have her clients feel empowered to make their own healing. When you don't see Heather doing therapy with adults and teens, you can see her running Rainbow Dance groups for younger children getting caught in a good book. Outside of work she is exploring nature, cuddling with her cats and having game nights.
